Congratulations to Chris DePatria, one of the leaders of the Patch sales team, on his recent engagement to Kristen Licastro!
It all started with a helicopter ride in Maui...As the helicopter flew over the island, a rainbow appeared, as if to confirm to Chris that yep, this was the right time and place. (We noticed a lack of Patch-green in the rainbow, but I guess we can't really blame Chris for nature's color spectrum.)
Near the end of the helicopter ride, Kristen spotted some words written in the beach sand below: "Kristen, will you marry me?" By that point, Chris had the ring in hand, and (needless to say) the answer was "Yes"!
Exiting the helicopter, the couple was greeted by a tuxedo-clad gentleman, along with a white limo, a red carpet and a photographer, to make sure Kristen felt like the glamorous superstar she is to Chris! As if all that weren't romantic enough, at sunset, the newly betrothed couple enjoyed dinner on the beach. Then, Chris and Kristen traveled back to their hotel where beautiful Hawaiian flowers, rose petals and gifts waited.
We love a great romance - especially when it involves a fellow Patcher. Congratulations to Chris and Kristen from all of us!
